Step 1 of 4
The Lenders Inspection Fee is a fee that is charged by Foundation Financial Group to handle and arrange all necessary relationships that are required to validate Collateral, Credit, and Income documentation. By paying this fee to Foundation Financial Group, you will not be separately charged for an appraisal, a credit bureau, a 4506T, and some other fees that are generally charged by the lender to underwrite a mortgage loan. Because this fee is paid directly to Foundation Financial Group it is considered a Pre-paid Finance charge and is included in your loan's APR.
